SCREENSHOT STUDY · YOUR DATA

Your collection.
Your controls.

There is no separate app account. You manage your collection in the app and your private iCloud storage through Apple.

Remove screenshots

  1. In Library, select the screenshots you want to remove.
  2. Tap the trash button and confirm Delete from library.
  3. Open Experience settings → Project sync and let pending changes finish on your connected devices.

This removes the selected originals, recognised text and edits from the workspace and their chapter references. Projects left empty are removed. It does not delete the original from Photos or files saved outside the app.

Remove a project

In Projects, press and hold a book, choose Delete project and confirm. This removes its chapters and local generated exports. Library screenshots remain available for other books. Let sync finish to transfer the deletion to your other devices.

Remove all workspace content

Delete your personal projects and screenshots in the app and allow iCloud sync to finish. Minimal deletion markers may remain to prevent old offline copies from returning; they contain no deleted image or study text. To manage the app’s stored iCloud data, use Apple Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Account Storage and locate Screenshot Study. Apple’s wording may vary by system version.

Removing the app deletes its local container, but does not by itself delete its iCloud content. Content still held on another device can be restored or synchronised when it reconnects. Do not treat uninstalling as a verified cloud deletion.

Exported copies and backups

Remove PDFs, text files, shared copies and printed documents wherever you saved or sent them. Deleting from Screenshot Study does not revoke a recipient’s copy. iCloud device backups and other backups are managed separately in your device or storage-provider settings.

Support correspondence
