app licence.
These terms explain the service, your content and the licence that applies to the app.

App licence
Screenshot Study is provided through Apple’s App Store. Unless a separate custom licence is supplied in the store listing, the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement governs your licence to the app. These product and website terms supplement that agreement and do not replace your mandatory consumer rights or Apple’s applicable terms.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in screenshots, images, text and notes you import. We do not claim ownership of your personal content. Import, reproduce and share only material you have permission or a lawful basis to use. A screenshot does not transfer copyright or permission to redistribute its contents.
You control Photos access and decide which files to import, export, share or print. Do not use the app or website to infringe another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material or interfere with systems.
What the app does
The app organises image files into chapter projects, extracts text and creates PDF, text and Markdown exports. Recognition and optional generated chapter suggestions can contain mistakes. Review the result before relying on it. The app does not guarantee learning results or automatically capture other applications.
Masking, saved copies and sync
Masks protect newly generated exports. Original images remain in the workspace for reversible editing and are included in private iCloud sync. Previously exported, shared, backed-up or printed copies are not changed by later edits or deletion. Review the finished output before sharing sensitive material.
iCloud sync depends on Apple services, your Apple Account, device settings, connectivity and available storage. Offline changes stay on that device until sync succeeds. Sync also transfers deletions and is not an independent backup. Keep separate copies of material you cannot afford to lose.
Price and external services
Version 1.0 is free and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising. We do not take payment for this version. Device connectivity, iCloud storage plans, third-party storage and printing services may have their own charges and terms. There is no in-app purchase to cancel or refund in version 1.0.
Availability and support
The app requires compatible Apple hardware and system software. Optional Apple Intelligence and Apple Pencil features require supported hardware and configuration. Features or compatibility may change in later releases. Release availability is shown by the App Store; this website’s previews do not themselves mean an app has been released.
We aim to help with reported problems, but do not promise uninterrupted service or recovery of deleted files. The applicable app licence and non-excludable consumer protections govern warranties and liability. These website terms do not add an arbitration requirement or remove remedies available under applicable law.
Privacy and deletion
Read the Privacy Policy for data handling, and Data & deletion for removing your content. There is no separate Screenshot Study account to close.
Website material
The app identity, original demonstration lessons, illustrations, sound effects and marketing material belong to Bighelpers or their identified rights holders. The site does not grant a general right to redistribute these assets. Credits and third-party notices identify platform and software notices.
Questions and changes
Contact admin@bighelpers.in. We may update these terms as the product changes and will show the effective date here. Changes do not override rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
